- After 15 – 30 min when yeast will grow add flour, salt and oil.
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Or use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5–6 minutes.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

- Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Assemble the pizza:
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add any additional toppings you like.
5. Bake:
- Slide the pizza onto the preheated oven (or baking sheet/stone).
- Bake for 10–15 minutes , or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
✅ Tips:
- Want a crispier crust? Brush the dough with olive oil before adding sauce.
- Use fresh basil leaves after baking for extra flavor.
- Try different cheeses: provolone, parmesan, or gouda!
